Kalamata Olives

Named after a small town in Greece, but grown here in New South Wales Kalamata olives provide a smooth meaty texture and full on, earthy flavour.

A classic, Kalamatas work particularly well in dishes hailing from the Mediterranean. We love scattering these olives over fresh veg, rosemary and a whole fish before roasting with lashings of our olive oil. Yum.
